4 Our Soldiers is a sole proprietorship, with an Arizona business class license (017 and 029). Our official business start date is 24 Sept 06, commenced 26 Nov 05. We are a small home based, online only business. We periodically work with various local businesses and organizations and we are an official member of the Association of the United States Army.

Our products will continue to be updated with modern styles and technology and is not limited to logo merchandise only. All merchandise is subject to change without notice. This business is supplied merchandise without tax, so by Arizona law all purchases shipped to AZ are charged sales tax.

Monthly donations to troops overseas are first come first serve basis. Our goal is to fulfill ALL request over time.

At any point in time, if deployed troops are at an extreme minimum, then we will donate to other various military and DPS needs, stateside.  .

All purchases will include a receipt of the amount donated for your records. (50% of profit).

Troops receiving monthly donations will also receive a thank you letter with every customer's first and last name and city, from that month's purchases. This information will be emailed to each customer and will include consent agreements and privacy options.

COST - BENEFIT:
We will always donate 50% of the profit from every customers purchase. This does not include product cost, tax and shipping. In the extreme case, once the cost has exceeded the benefit (LCM), donations will be less frequent (every 3 month). In some cases we will donate more than 50%.

4 OUR SOLDIERS OBJECTIVE IS TO PROMOTE BUYING FOR A GOOD CAUSE. WE SELL PATRIOTIC MERCHANDISE LIKE T-SHIRTS, WRISTBANDS AND MAGNETS AND HALF OF OUR COMPANY'S PROFIT IS USED TO BUY MORALE ITEMS FOR TROOPS (i.e. care packages, athletic equipment, thermal wear, waterproof specialties), AUTOMATICALLY. THEY THEN GET SENT TO OUR ADOPTED UNITS AND ANY UNIT THAT REQUESTS ITEMS ON OUR THE CAUSE PAGE, AFTER VERIFICATION.

WE ARE TRYING TO PROMOTE PATRIOTISIM AND SUPPORT FOR OUR TROOPS. WE ARE A NON POLITICAL ORGANIZATION THAT IS PASSIONATE AND DEDICATED TO THE MORALE OF OUR SOLDIERS. STATESIDE AND OVERSEAS. PERIOD.

4 OUR SOLDIERS IS LEGALLY REGISTERED WITH THE IRS, AZ DEPT OF REVENUE, CITY OF TUCSON, AND IS PENDING TRADEMARK.
